Since inception we have been relentlessly endeavoring to conduct Enterprise System management skill building & up gradation programs to build quality resources. As such, we take steps to ensure that the trainings we conduct are current and relevant to the client’s requirements. History

 Established in 1989 in Pune, India, and initially known as Software Engineering and Design (SEAD), Softenger started off with a focus on developing resources in programming with a special emphasis on the “C” language.

Thereafter, the company grew by leaps and bounds, firstly by securing a project to work on credit card software for Citi Group, and later expanding to other clients such as Credit Suisse, UBS, Shinsei Bank, Sun, IBM and other prominent players within the financial, Telecom, Manufacturing & technology sector. Our relationship with these clients is still growing by the day.

Significant Milestones

1999

SEAD became Softenger, and growth demands required the corporate headquarters to be shifted from Chennai to Pune, one of the fastest growing IT Hubs of India.

2003

Established office in Singapore.

2008

Started servicing our customers in Malaysia and Philippines through trusted partners.

2009

Became Global Registered Education Provider of Project Management Institute, USA.

2011

Established office in Malaysia
